Cancellation Policy: Need to make changes or cancel your order? No problem—just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order may have entered processing. If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee: We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to give them at least 14 days to work their magic. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the items within 60 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. To speed things up, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items: We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged (e.g., defective or broken products), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send an email to SarveaShop@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. Damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with intact products is not considered eligible for replacement.
Shipping and Delivery: While we aim for timely delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience a problem with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Sarvea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address: It’s your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, if we’re not notified within this window, we cannot issue a resend or refund.
